Refund & Return Policy

At AuraVerde, every product is made to order through our print-on-demand provider. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes or change of mind.

We do accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

• The product arrived damaged
• The product has a manufacturing defect
• You received the wrong item

How to request one: Contact us within 30 days of delivery at [hola@auraverde.art] with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect product

Once verified, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
